We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

Moonjourn stores content that users make visible to others and is therefore a hosting service provider within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.
