My subscription was not activated
Open the app and tap Restore Purchases in settings. If that does not help, send your App Store or Google Play receipt to support@moonjourn.app and we will activate manually.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Moonjourn → Cancel.
Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Moonjourn → Cancel.
App crashes or does not load
- Fully close and reopen the app
- Install latest app updates
- Check your internet connection
- If the problem persists: short description with device model and iOS/Android version to support@moonjourn.app
I want to delete my account
In-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Alternatively: short email to hello@moonjourn.app. We confirm complete deletion within a few days.
Edit birth data
Update date, time and place of birth any time at Profile → My Profile. Your natal chart is recalculated automatically.
