Delete account

• Open Moonjourn.
• Tap Profile at the bottom right.
• Tap the gear icon at the top right → Settings.
• Scroll to Account → Delete account.
• Confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately. You are signed out automatically.

If you no longer have access to the app, write to support@moonjourn.app and state the email address you registered with. We verify your identity and delete within 30 days, usually much sooner.

• Profile with name, birth data, zodiac sign, soul type, and settings.
• All journal entries, including the encrypted ones, together with the key envelope.
• Shared journals you take part in.
• Tarot, oracle, and reading history.
• Ritual and program progress, certificates.
• Your circle with friend list, requests, and compatibility results.
• Achievements, badges, avatars, and frames.
• Push token and notification settings.

• Billing: purchases are managed by Apple and Google. We receive no payment data. The store applies its own retention periods, up to ten years for tax purposes (§ 147 AO).
• Crash reports: contain no real names and no journal contents.
• Host server logs: technical access data with no link to your account.

Deleted data is gone. Journal, streak, and all personal content cannot be restored. You can register again at any time, but you start from zero.

If you want to keep your account and only end Premium, cancel in the store: on iOS via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, on Android via the Play Store → Subscriptions. The account remains.
