Most journals end up in a drawer after two weeks, almost always for the same reason: you open the book, you see the empty page, and you do not know where to start.
Here the first sentence is already there. A question, a different one every evening, and never the same one twice. If you drew a card in the morning, it picks up the thread from there. You can answer it, or leave it and simply start writing.
